Happy hour may be held at different locations on Fridays at 6:00pm. Please email one of us to discover the weekly plan. Here are some possible locations
Famous for salty margaritas as big as your head, Pablo's is the perfect place to stumble out of after a healthy dose of ecospeak. Located in the parking lot for Lennox Center, just southeast of campus. You can walk here from campus, especially you westsiders, but it is typically a drive. Happy hour is 11am-9pm on Thursdays, but Happy hour is complicated: hours for Margaritas and domestic fishbowl beers are 4-7, and big beers and Dos Equis from only 4-6. , so you might want to get there a few minutes early to get that first margarita at half price. Once you've drunk that one, you won't even feel the price of the next one! And don't even think about getting a third unless you have cab fare.
Located on 20 E Frambes Ave just across High from Campus, The Out-R-Inn offers outside drinking and dining
and great fun with the wacky eco-engineers. Unfortunately, inside is very
very smoky and noisy, so we only go here when it's warm.

Located on Campus at the Ohio Union, Woody's place is smoke free and sometimes ideal for Happy Hour, though they often have concerts on fridays, which makes socializing impossible.
Apparently, they have a live tree growing up through the bar. This may be a good place for ecologists to meet. Unfortunately, they open at 7:00pm on Fridays, later than when we usually meet, but the bartender tells me that the bar is dead until about 9:00pm, so we'd have the place to ourselves.
